For all items, the totality of the information should be evaluated to determine what is the most reliable. The self report is collateral information, which may be used. However, CST items 3.2, 3.3 and 3.4 are scored directly off the supervisee’s perspective, therefore these three items may be scored directly from self-report. For all other items do not rely solely on supervisee reports, unless no other collateral information is available.
